  • Eyewear in its original condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of product handover date (customized products & contact lenses excluded). Please check with our eyewear consultant for more details.

Comprehensive 60-Day Prescription Guarantee

  • If new prescription lenses cause you any discomfort, we will provide a second free eye examination and if necessary, a complimentary replacement within 60 days of product handover date (contact lenses excluded).

1 Year Breakage Exchange (member only)

  • If you accidentally damage your Myopic Sunglasses or Optical Glasses within 1 year of purchase, we will offer you 50% discount of the previous paid amount for the new pair.
  • The price of new purchased glasses must be equal to or higher than old one (Myopic Sunglasses or Optical Glasses). And please provide the sale receipts and damaged glasses (the damaged eyewear with its receipts will be taken back by us).

2-Year Frame / 1-Year Lens Manufacturing Defect Guarantee

  • If any manufacturing defects are found on frame within 2 years of product handover date, or on lens within 1 year of product handover date, we will repair or replace without additional charge (accidental damage and damage by human factor excluded).

  • Please visit any of our stores for complimentary eyewear cleaning and adjustment.

All eyewear purchased in Greater China LensCrafters, Lunettes & OPTICA (including Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland) are eligible for the above terms and conditions of quality guarantee(members' only services are available to subsisting members only). Valid receipts are required. Damage caused by chemical, heat, inappropriate disassembly, scratches, pressure, collision or other human factors is not covered.
