Upon purchase of any amount and return of a completed Application Form, you will then become a VIP member.
Membership is valid for 24 months, counting from the date you joined. It will be renewed upon any spending within the membership validity period!
Membership is personal to the member, one member one card. To avoid mixing of optometry records, you shall not put other’s purchase on your account as it may affect after-sales services.

Upgrade to Platinum VIP: upon single purchase of HK$10,000, or when accumulated spending reaches HK$10,000 within 24 months after your card opening or renewal date. You will then be upgraded to Platinum VIP and enjoy 24 months platinum VIP privileges.
Renewal of Platinum VIP: when accumulated spending reaches HK$10,000 within the 24 months of your Platinum VIP membership validity period, your Platinum VIP status will be renewed for another 24 months.
Downgrade to Normal VIP: when accumulated spending within the 24 months of your Platinum card validity period is less than HK$10,000, you will be downgraded to Normal VIP after your Platinum card expired. You will continue to enjoy Normal VIP benefits..

VIP can earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent. After upgrading to Platinum VIP, you can earn 1.2 points for every HK$1 spent.
Every 3,000 points can be redeemed for HK$300 member redemption amount for application towards purchase in-stores.
Every 10,000 points can be redeemed for HK$1,500 member redemption amount for application towards purchase in-stores.
Points may be redeemed in blocks of 3,000 or 10,000 only.
Point redemptions apply to frames plus lensed or sunglasses at regular price. Certain brands or product are excluded for redemption, please inquire store staff for details.
Points redemptions can only be applied to regular-priced products and cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits.
Points can be redeemed starting from the next purchase.
No change will be given when using points or member redemption amount for payments, if the purchase price is less than the point redemption amount, no change in the form of points or cash will be given.
In case of refund, only points but not cash will be refunded for the purchase amount settled by member redemption amount or points.
Points can be accumulated and redeemed in LensCrafters stores and Ray-Ban Official Stores in Hong Kong only.
